Our beautiful apartment is designed in a maritime look, approx. 30 m2 in size and very bright.
There is a brightly tiled tub bath with window, a small plank and a walk-in closet or wardrobe.
The apartment is very quiet.
The pantry kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle
In the house there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (with coin machine).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator).
There is plenty of parking on the street, there are also parking spaces in the courtyard. However, if you want to reserve a parking space permanently, you have to expect an additional €25.00 per month.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Reisholz/Benrath, in a very well maintained side street. Neighbourly development consists mainly of private houses.
The connection to the A 59 and A 46 motorways is very good.
The S-Bahn station is only about 500 m away. The main train station can be reached in just 10 minutes by S-Bahn. There is an excellent bus connection in all directions.
Culture/Recreation/Sport: Benrath Castle with a large magnificent park. Unterbacher See is just 0.9 miles away. City forest for walks and bike tours.
Very nearby sports center Niederheid offers numerous courses. There is a swimming pool and sauna area.
Shopping facilities: All shops for daily use and the large Edeka-Center "Zur Heide", which was approved as the best supermarket in Germany in 2011, are also nearby.
