Die Aufteilung ist wie folgt: großes Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer (abdunkelbar) mit einem großen Doppelbett, Wohnküche mit ausreichend Platz für einen großen Tisch und einem zweiten Schlafzimmer oder Arbeitszimmer. Wie man es braucht. Darin befindet sich ein großer Schreibtisch und eine Couch, welche als 140x200cm Bett genutzt werden kann. Auch dieser Raum lässt sich verdunkeln. Selbstverständlich ist Wlan in der gesamten Wohnung und ein Tv im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat eine 1a Espressomaschine, sowie Airfryer, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, man braucht nur noch mit seinen Anziehsachen ankommen und einziehen. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Eine verkehrsberuhigte Baumallee nur 4 Gehminuten vom HBF entfernt. Ruhig, sicher, zentral. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig erreichbar.
